Benefits of Restoring Europe – Report

This technical report describes the methodology and findings of a review of evidence for the benefits of ecosystem restoration in Europe. The review was carried out for the Endangered Landscapes Programme by UN Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC), together with BirdLife Europe and Central Asia.

Natural Climate Solutions Full Report

This report describes the results of an ELP-funded Advancing and Applying Knowledge project that estimated the climate change mitigation potential of ELP projects. By comparing observed or projected project outcomes against a baseline ‘business-as-usual’ scenario, this report  demonstrates the emissions reduction and carbon sequestration benefits that can be delivered by biodiversity-focused restoration.
